A collection of publications and research

The Cherubino Ghirardacci Study Center finds its headquarters in the convent of San Giacomo Maggiore in Bologna. Before being founded as an association and third sector entity, the Study Center was for a long time an informal but strongly dynamic reality of volunteers who, under the leadership of Fr. Mario Mattei OSA (1947-2020) and Eros Stivani, collected a vast library on the history of Bologna and that of the Augustinian Order, digitizing and transcribing studies, research and ancient volumes related to the historical development of the Order.

Of these transcriptions, we offer on this page a searchable and downloadable digital copy.
